Our staff routinely estimates material, equipment, and labor for our designs.  An accurate cost estimate begins with a quality detail design coupled with a staff experienced in trade construction.  While we utilize software that draws from a national industrial cost estimating database; we ensure our understanding of the project complexity and local contractor resources are carefully considered.  To date; each of our projects has been executed within the estimated budget of the original project scope.
